Studio Policies

Please read the studio policies carefully before requesting any nail services.

At Oda Nails Art, our studio policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client.
Please take a moment to review them before your appointment.

Any deposit made toward ANY of my services NON-REFUNDABLE

I understand unexpected things happen in our daily lives but my studio policies still stand. It is your responsibility to read these policies if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

FOR THE APPT. / TURNS

  1. It is important Read the policy on the catalog.
  2. You need to deposit 50% of the service of your choice.
  3. Send me a picture of the payment. I accept Bit or Paybox.
  4. If you do not nave how to transfer the payment, you must arrive to the studio and pay the deposit manually.
    This is the only way you can save the appointment.

RESCHEDULE:

If you have to reschedule, it MUST be done 24 hrs or more in advance in order to keep your deposit for the rescheduled appointment.

CANCELATIONS:

  1. If you have to cancel your appointment in less that 24 hrs, we will have to charge 50% of the cost of the treatment.
  2. If you are 15min late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. We will have to charge 50% of de cost of the treatment.

In case of cancellation of an appointment without prior notice, no show for an appointment and lack of telephone availability at the time of the appointment, the full cost of the treatment must be charged.

KIDS / GUEST:

  1. NO KIDS.
  2. NO ANIMALS.
  3. NO EXTRA PEOPLE.
    (For EVERYONE’S good health) Plus! This is YOUR «Me Time»!

FLU / COVID

  1. NO FACE MASK = NO SERVICE
  2. Please sanitize your hands upon arrival.
  3. If you or anyone you know has any symptoms, please reschedule for a later date.
  4. Avoid reaching in your purse or any phone use during your service.

WARRANTIES

  1. Acrylics / Gel / Polygel / Soft Gel Tip: 5 days.
  2. Semi-permanent enameling: 3 days.
  3. To exercise the warranty, I need to be notified on the same day of the incident and send a photo of the damaged nail.

WHAT DOES NOT INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

  1. Nail damaged by a strong blow.
  2. Damage from strong chemo products.
  3. Nails damaged by cutting (knife, scissors, etc.)

ATTENTION: When exercising the warranty, the existing work will be redone, it is not possible to request a change of color/decoration

It is your responsibility to look the policy and price on my page before sending the deposit / booking. The duration of the treatment depends on the condition of your nails, and the service that you select.
